Procurement Manager – Expo 2030 Riyadh

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the procurement activities for the Expo 2030 Riyadh infrastructure program. This role is responsible for managing the full tendering cycle, from pre‑qualification through contract award and administration, ensuring alignment with project milestones, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage formation, tendering, award and administration of moderately complex contract packages.
• Prepare bidder pre‑qualification documents and bidder lists.
• Solicit bids, conduct bid analysis, and negotiate contract terms.
• Execute contracts and oversee contract administration and close‑out.
• Coordinate with Project Management, other departments and the client to ensure seamless procurement processes.
• Resolve change events, claims and disputes in collaboration with legal as required.
• Manage commercial matters to support project milestones and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing procurement and contract administration for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes, bid evaluation and contract negotiation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams.
• Focus on delivering results that meet quality, safety and schedule requirements.
