Procurement Officer – Industrial Construction

About the role

The Procurement Officer will support our industrial construction projects by ensuring the timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and services. You will act as the key liaison between suppliers and project teams, driving cost‑effective sourcing while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, and purchase construction materials, equipment, and related services.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with suppliers.
• Issue Purchase Orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve any supply issues.
• Coordinate closely with project and site teams to align material requirements with construction schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, generate reports, and support cost‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a Procurement Officer in an industrial construction environment.
• Graduation in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, project‑driven setting.
