About the role
Khidmah Company is seeking a Procurement Officer to support its Facility Management project in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Key responsibilities
- Process and track multiple purchase orders while meeting tight deadlines.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve best value.
- Maintain accurate procurement records in SAP.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify material requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve any supply issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain functions.
- Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP procurement modules.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
