About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Officer to manage purchase orders, monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory. The role supports the organization by maintaining accurate procurement records and providing regular status reports.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, issue and follow up on purchase orders to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Track inventory levels, preventing shortages or excess stock.
- Forecast demand and plan reorders based on consumption trends and lead times.
- Produce inventory and procurement status reports for management.
- Coordinate bidding processes for maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.
Required profile
- Diploma or high‑school education.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement or related functions.
- Experience in contracts administration, cost control and budget monitoring.
- Proficiency with SAP.
