Procurement Specialist – End-to-End Sourcing & Logistics

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring the company obtains the right goods and services at the best value. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to drive efficient sourcing, contract management and logistics coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process purchase requisitions and orders using ERP systems.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, evaluation, and cost analysis.
• Support RFP preparation, vendor negotiations and contract administration.
• Coordinate shipment tracking, customs clearance and logistics follow-up.
• Verify transportation and supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to support procurement needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and address supply-chain issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply-chain operations.
• Proven ability to work with ERP and procurement platforms.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
