Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the sourcing of goods and services for our manufacturing and field operations. Working under direct supervision, you will ensure that material requirements are met efficiently while adhering to our Category Management policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sourcing activities for goods and services required by manufacturing, field operations, and projects.
• Issue purchase orders based on material requirements and manage local procurement agreements not covered by Category Management.
• Create Request for Quotations (RFQ), organize competitive bidding, and select suppliers offering the best quality, delivery, and price.
• Assess and monitor supplier performance to support cost containment and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement actions with strategic plans.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in a technical, business or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a production environment.
• Advanced procurement certification (e.g., CPM) preferred.
• Knowledge of Purchase‑to‑Pay processes is desirable.
