Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a thoughtful and innovative Product Designer to shape the future of financial experiences for SMEs. You will own the full design lifecycle—from research and wire‑framing to high‑fidelity prototypes—while exploring AI‑driven tools that can streamline workflows and enhance usability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Design intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging user experiences across HALA’s product suite.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and data‑driven insights.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and AI‑driven innovations.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in product, UX, or UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design thinking and execution.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma.
