Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join Tamara’s Product Design team in Riyadh. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to shape how millions of users shop, pay and bank, creating user‑centric experiences that are both functional and emotionally resonant.

Key responsibilities

• Translate open‑ended, conceptual ideas into tangible product features.
• Lead end‑to‑end design processes, from initial research to polished UI/UX designs, ensuring high‑quality execution.
• Design flows and interfaces that simplify complex actions into intuitive experiences.
• Provide and incorporate feedback from designers and the broader product team to continuously improve output.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, creative designers and content strategists to oversee the user experience from conception through launch.
• Represent design decisions to product leaders, clearly articulating the rationale behind each choice.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience designing and shipping features with end‑to‑end responsibility across multiple platforms.
• Driven, curious team player with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work with urgency, adapt quickly to change and maintain momentum.
• Strong empathy and respect for colleagues, fostering collaborative relationships.
