Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of digital products that meet customer needs and business goals. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, turning vision into actionable requirements while maximizing product value.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog in line with business objectives.
• Gather, analyse and translate stakeholder requirements into clear User Stories.
• Collaborate with development, operations and business teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Participate in Sprint Planning and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Review and approve deliverables against quality and business standards.
• Monitor product performance, analyse metrics and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet timelines and product goals.
• Contribute to the evolution of digital products and services based on market and customer insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience in FinTech, digital payments or financial services is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
