Product Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Product Specialist to support the development, enhancement, and success of our digital products and technology solutions. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure products meet objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support product planning, roadmap execution, and feature prioritization.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and product requirements.
• Participate in product testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release activities.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, reports, and training materials.
• Support stakeholders and users by providing product knowledge and guidance.
• Contribute to product improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Product Specialist roles.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
