Product Specialist

About the role

The Product Specialist will drive sales of NewBridge neuroscience products in Riyadh, ensuring targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. This role combines strategic sales planning with direct customer engagement to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor sales plans for assigned products, achieving quotas and aligning product mix with annual objectives.
• Prepare and maintain customer lists using the OCE Reporting System, schedule visits, and conduct presentations with the E Detailing Module.
• Deliver technical and pricing information, evaluate customer potential, and develop long‑term strategic alliances.
• Analyze account attractiveness, engage key decision‑makers in hospitals and healthcare organizations, and ensure compliance with NewBridge’s Code of Business Conduct.
• Collaborate with the line manager on formulary enlisting and market potential assessments.

Required profile

• Graduate with a Pharmacy degree.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a multinational pharmaceutical/healthcare company.
• Experience in neuropsychiatry, neuroscience, or psychiatry is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the OCE Reporting System.
• Experience using the E Detailing Module for digital sales presentations.
