Product Specialist – Middle East & Africa (Saudi Arabia)

About the role
We are looking for a Product Specialist to manage Valvoline Global Operations’ product portfolio across the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on Saudi Arabia. The role oversees product costing, profitability, supply‑chain optimisation and lifecycle data management to drive margin improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for all business units on current product costing and cost changes.
- Analyse cost drivers, track month‑to‑month variations and develop corrective actions.
- Lead high‑impact bid costing processes for the region, ensuring timely and accurate cross‑functional input.
- Identify and implement supply‑chain optimisation and procurement savings opportunities.
- Manage product lifecycle data and SMOG inventory to support portfolio consolidation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in product costing, profitability analysis and supply‑chain optimisation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate cost implications to diverse teams.
- Familiarity with managing product lifecycle data and inventory management.
