Production Assistant

About the role

The Production Assistant will support the Production Team and the Production Support Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow from pre‑production to on‑set activities. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for film or TV production and strong organisational abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing CRFs and coordinating travel arrangements for cast and crew.
• Support scheduling of pre‑production meetings, location scouting, and on‑set coordination.
• Manage production logistics such as transportation, accommodation, catering, and equipment coordination.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, location owners, and relevant authorities.
• Distribute call sheets, schedules, and other production documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate production records, permits, contracts, and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Business Management, Media, Marketing or Communication (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Production Assistant or in production coordination.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Awareness of on‑set safety regulations and protocols.
