Production Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise assembly and manufacturing of units, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Inspect units during and after production to verify compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Use AutoCAD to review and prepare technical drawings as required.
• Develop and modify machine programming and PC‑based programs for production equipment.
• Support troubleshooting and resolve technical or production‑related issues.
• Inspect incoming materials and components for quality specifications.
• Conduct welding tests, monitor welding quality, and ensure standards are met.
• Perform final testing and inspection of completed units before delivery.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address quality, technical, and production issues.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and testing records while ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or a related engineering role.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for reviewing and preparing technical drawings.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of machine programming and PC‑based programming.
• Experience with production inspection, material quality checks, and testing procedures.
• Knowledge of welding processes and welding quality inspection is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
