Production Line Manager (Perfumes)

About the role

The Production Line Manager will lead the perfume manufacturing line, ensuring that daily production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency. This role is pivotal in coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving continuous improvement within a fast‑paced cosmetics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily perfume production operations and ensure output meets planned targets.
• Supervise and allocate manpower for production staff, fostering a productive work environment.
• Monitor line efficiency, downtime, waste, and overall production output.
• Oversee mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, quality, and HSE standards.
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
• Identify production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Prepare regular production reports and track key performance indicators.
• Train, coach, and develop members of the production team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production environments.
• Prior experience in perfume or cosmetics manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing production lines and leading teams.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
