Production Skilled Helper

About the role

We are looking for a Production Skilled Helper to support our printing line. The role involves preparing cores, handling raw materials, and operating the ink and unwind units to ensure smooth production runs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cores for output rolls and load them onto the rewind unit.
• Arrange new raw material in the designated area near the printing machine.
• Unload, load, and weigh raw materials and printed rolls.
• Pour ink prepared by the ink section and adjust viscosity according to specifications.
• Load job setting rolls on the unwind unit.
• Turn off operating ink pumps upon request and clean ink tanks, anilox, chambers, cylinders, and hoses.
• Replace used tanks with clean ones for the next printing job and dispose of waste.
• Prepare pallets, packing material, and rolls for mounting on the machine.
• Maintain ink viscosity levels during production and record waste generated.
• Operate the machine with minor supervision and perform production reporting when needed.

Required profile

• Ability to work on a production floor with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail for waste tracking and equipment cleaning.
• Physical capability to handle raw materials and operate machinery.
