Production Worker / Technician

About the role

Sulzer is seeking a Production Worker / Technician to join its manufacturing team. The role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting products to ensure they meet strict quality and safety standards while supporting daily production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and test products according to technical specifications.
• Inspect finished goods for defects and report any issues.
• Maintain and clean production equipment.
• Follow established safety and quality procedures.
• Document production activities and test results.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

Required profile

• Basic vocational training or equivalent work experience.
• Up to 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with safety and quality procedures.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
