Professional Development & Training Specialist – Contractor

About the role

Seesaw is seeking a part‑time contractor to join its Professional Learning team in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering engaging, bilingual (English and Arabic) professional development sessions that help teachers and administrators maximise the impact of Seesaw and Little Thinking Minds (LTM) tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver virtual or onsite training workshops for groups of teachers and occasional administrators.
• Schedule sessions, communicate with customers via email and phone, and maintain up‑to‑date calendars.
• Document pre‑ and post‑session notes, share follow‑up resources, and track attendance in designated systems.
• Stay current on new Seesaw and LTM features and provide relevant support resources.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of primary‑school teaching experience.
• Experience coaching educators or delivering professional development is a plus.
• Highly organised, flexible, critical thinker with a proactive, upbeat attitude.
• Willingness to travel when needed, especially during peak seasons.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the Seesaw platform.
• Familiarity with Little Thinking Minds (LTM) curriculum tools.
• Proficiency with Slack and standard email communication tools.
• Comfort using technology for presentations and virtual demonstrations.
