Professional Medical Representative – Eastern Region

About the role

Organon is looking for a motivated Professional Medical Representative to join its sales team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary link between the company and healthcare professionals, promoting our pharmaceutical products and supporting clinical decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute calls to healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
• Provide scientific, clinical and outcomes data about Organon’s products.
• Participate in scientific events and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Maintain high ethical standards and comply with company policies and local legislation.
• Document interactions and follow‑up activities in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Pharmacy graduate, licensed pharmacist by the Saudi Health Commission.
• Saudi national, based in the Eastern Province.
• 0‑2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (experience not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Result‑oriented, team player, willing to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Good hands‑on knowledge of PC.
