About the role
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead digital programs and product initiatives. The role involves planning, coordinating teams, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop timelines, budgets, team structures and comprehensive plans for assigned projects.
- Ensure high‑quality work is produced and delivered on schedule.
- Anticipate, identify and resolve problems related to program execution.
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between relevant teams.
Required profile
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in managing digital programs and products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Required skills
- Ability to integrate and connect with internal electronics.
