Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager will lead a portfolio of projects and training pathways, ensuring they align with the Center’s strategic objectives. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement to maximize program impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, initiatives, and training programs simultaneously.
• Ensure program alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Develop and track program plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and operational challenges.
• Allocate resources efficiently and oversee budget utilization.
• Drive governance, quality standards, and best practices across all activities.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, planning, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
