Project Account Manager – Facade Solutions

About the role

You will be responsible for generating sustainable sales revenue and expanding Hilti’s share of business with façade stakeholders across Saudi Arabia. By building strong relationships with high‑level contacts, you will present Hilti’s value proposition and secure new projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for ventilated façade systems within the assigned territory.
• Engage architects, consultants, contractors and developers to specify and promote Hilti’s façade solutions.
• Respond to technical and commercial inquiries and deliver tailored proposals in collaboration with the design team.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Follow up on project approvals, convert specifications into sales and drive business growth.
• Identify new opportunities and maintain long‑term relationships with industry professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the façade industry, preferably ventilated façades.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in business development and sales.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, think creatively and coordinate across multiple teams.
