About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support cross‑functional project activities. The role will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate reporting and professional presentations for management.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities through Sales and Operations, following up with Supply Chain, Finance and CCD.
- Prepare purchase requests and track deliverables, monitoring milestones, timelines and action items.
- Collect, consolidate and validate data from multiple departments to produce weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop high‑quality PowerPoint presentations and visual summaries for management reviews.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action logs and follow‑up summaries.
- Assist in improving reporting workflows and support project planning and execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, reporting or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation development skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI (a plus).
