Project Coordinator (Office‑Based, Riyadh)

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Execution team in Riyadh by organising schedules, tracking deliverables and ensuring clear communication across departments. Working from the office, you will keep project documentation, timelines and action items up‑to‑date, helping the team meet deadlines efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between the project execution team and other departments.
• Maintain and update project schedules, timelines and status trackers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal communication with stakeholders.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas and follow up on action items.
• Prepare, organise and maintain project documentation, reports and records.
• Track project progress and flag delays, risks or resource gaps.
• Liaise with procurement, finance, HR and other functions to support project needs.
• Assist in preparing project plans, presentations and status reports for management.
• Support onboarding of new project team members by coordinating access and resources.
• Ensure proper filing and version control of contracts and correspondence.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance coordination efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration or a similar role.
• Good understanding of project workflows and cross‑department coordination.
• Very good English communication skills, spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project tracking tools.
