Project Director - Data Center Construction

About the role

A leading international construction organisation is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major hyperscale data centre projects in Saudi Arabia. This role offers the chance to join a rapidly expanding operation delivering some of the Middle East's most significant mission‑critical developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major hyperscale data centre construction projects.
• Manage project execution across a defined programme phase.
• Oversee operational performance, programme delivery and project milestones.
• Build, develop and lead high‑performing project teams.
• Support the recruitment and development of project delivery personnel.
• Work closely with regional leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage senior stakeholders across client, contractor and project teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience delivering data centre construction projects.
• Proven hyperscale data centre project delivery experience.
• Track record delivering projects valued at $300M+.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary project teams.
• Previous experience working within the Middle East, ideally Saudi Arabia.
