Project Implementation Coordinator

About the role

The Project Implementation Coordinator supports the execution of projects and initiatives within Ericsson's KSA Delivery Organization. You will act as the central hub for coordination, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project implementation, acting as Implementation Manager.
• Coordinate between management, departments, project teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain project schedules, action plans, dashboards, trackers, issue logs and status reports.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies and outstanding actions to secure on‑time completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports and regular management updates.
• Collect and consolidate information for reporting, decision‑making and project reviews.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders for subcontractors and service providers, including follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate and confidential project, contractual, financial and administrative records.
• Support project close‑out activities, resolve outstanding actions and capture lessons learned.
• Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of relevant project coordination or implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ericsson’s organizational structures and productive units.
• Experience engaging with Saudi telecom operators (STC, Mobily, Zain) is a strong plus.
