Project Manager – Construction & Design

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end execution of design‑build projects for International Window Company in Ras Al Khier, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources for construction projects.
• Coordinate internal teams (design, engineering, procurement, construction) and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and ensure compliance with budget, timeline and quality requirements.
• Lead project meetings, prepare status reports and facilitate communication.
• Support vendor and contractor coordination, review inspections and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of project processes.

Required profile

• Strong project leadership and management competencies covering planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Experience in expediting, logistics management and site inspections.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Background in design‑build or construction projects, preferably in building façades, windows or related industries.
