Project Manager – Construction Supervision

About the role

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction supervision for major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of infrastructure projects, aligning with client expectations and project objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including construction supervision, engineering, commercial, and project controls personnel.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, resources and performance indicators to guarantee successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, contractual obligations, quality standards and health & safety requirements.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and oversee contractor performance and compliance.
• Prepare and present progress reports, updates and key performance metrics to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 + years of experience in infrastructure project delivery, with strong construction supervision background.
• Proven track record managing complex projects in roads, utilities, transportation or water sectors.
• Experience in international consultancy environments; GCC and Saudi Arabia experience preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
