Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects from initiation through delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close engineering projects across civil, electrical, mechanical and related disciplines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, resources and budget.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, engineering standards and occupational health & safety regulations.
• Track progress, manage budgets, control costs and report status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions and maintain high quality deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare progress reports and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in engineering project management.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and manage cross‑functional teams.
