Project Manager – Facility Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead facility‑management projects, including MEP works, renovations, maintenance programmes, tenant improvements and space planning. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, developing plans, scopes, budgets, timelines and risk registers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, maintenance, procurement, HSE/quality) and external vendors/contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractor onboarding, work orders, method statements, inspections and quality sign‑offs.
• Track progress using dashboards or PM tools and provide regular status updates.
• Review and approve technical deliverables such as BOQ estimates, drawings and maintenance plans.
• Control CAPEX/OPEX for facility improvements and oversee smooth handover, commissioning and training.
• Handle escalations, change requests and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing facility‑management or construction/MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and maintenance workflows.
• Project‑management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.
