Project Manager – High Rise Towers (Makkah)

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑rise tower projects in Makkah. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of a mega‑scale construction programme, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors and consultants throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality metrics, preparing regular status reports for senior management.
• Facilitate change‑request processes and communicate impacts on scope, cost and timeline to all stakeholders.
• Develop and execute effective project communication plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects, preferably high‑rise developments.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and perseverance under pressure.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong advantage.
