Project Manager – High‑Rise Towers

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of reinforced‑concrete high‑rise towers in Riyadh. This senior, site‑driven role requires full responsibility for project execution, productivity, cost, quality, safety, programme and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete structural cycle from reinforcement, formwork and MEP embeds through concrete placement, curing, striking and climbing.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, QA/QC, HSE, commercial teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain a 5–6 day structural floor/core cycle using self‑climbing formwork/core systems.
• Control manpower, productivity, programme and cost throughout substructure and superstructure phases.
• Ensure efficient progress of MEP, façade and architectural trades behind structural works.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of construction experience with senior project‑management responsibilities.
• Proven delivery of reinforced‑concrete towers of 40 storeys or more.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with self‑climbing formwork/core systems (e.g., Doka ACS/SKE, PERI ACS/RCS).
• Strong knowledge of tower cores, shear walls, columns, slabs, reinforcement, concrete placement, temporary works and post‑tensioning.

• Self‑climbing formwork systems (Doka ACS/SKE, PERI ACS/RCS or equivalent).
• Reinforced‑concrete structural design and construction.
• Post‑tensioning techniques.
• Structural cycle management (reinforcement, formwork, embeds, concrete placement).
