Project Manager – Industrial & Airport Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale industrial and airport construction projects in Riyadh. The role involves full‑cycle project delivery, from initiation through handover, ensuring compliance with aviation standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial and airport construction projects from start to completion.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, variations, and reporting activities.
• Drive site progress while maintaining cost and schedule targets.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across construction and technical functions.
• Deliver projects in line with contractual obligations and client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 + years of construction experience.
• Proven experience managing airport construction projects (mandatory).
• Strong background in industrial construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of project controls, contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies.
• Experience working in the GCC/Saudi market is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
