Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at dopamine, you will lead project lifecycles while serving as the main point of contact for clients. You will coordinate internal creative and technical teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high creative and strategic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into structured project plans with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, and KPIs aligned with client and agency goals.
• Monitor progress, resolve risks or issues, and keep projects on track.
• Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships through regular check‑ins and status updates.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams (creative, production, technical).
• Support preparation of technical proposals, tender documents, and client pitches.
• Manage the Etimad platform to upload tenders, track submissions, and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing project lifecycles and client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track progress and manage deliverables.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative, production, and technical teams.

Required skills

• Experience using the Etimad platform (or similar tender management systems).
