Project Manager – Landscape Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale landscape, infrastructure and construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute landscape and construction projects in line with contractual goals.
• Oversee daily operations, allocate resources, coordinate subcontractors and supervise site activities.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality and technical specifications.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, method statements and work programmes.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, feedback and guidance.
• Manage procurement schedules and liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure accurate completion of handover documentation, as‑built drawings and close‑out reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing medium to large‑scale construction or landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes and site operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards and quality control procedures.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project.
• Experience using Primavera for scheduling and planning.
