Project Manager – Large‑Scale Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Hill International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure and city development projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress, performance, and costs.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Provide regular reports on project progress and performance to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health policies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Extensive experience managing water and wastewater works.
• Proven track record with major government or semi‑government programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
