Project Manager – Large‑Scale Multi‑Disciplinary Projects (KSA/GCC)

About the role

AtkinsRealis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. The role involves overseeing design, financial, risk and client management to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate scope, fees, deliverables and programme to the team and conduct regular project kick‑offs and updates.
• Manage sub‑consultant agreements, payments and technical design management.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan, handling integration and interface management.
• Support the Project Director in producing project management documents, risk identification, scope change management and resource coordination.
• Provide monthly internal and external reporting and ensure adherence to quality systems.
• Monitor design team progress and costs, flag variances and work with technical leads to mitigate overruns.
• Proactively manage risks, update contingency requirements and prepare invoices for review.
• Liaise with clients on technical delivery aspects and drive the change and variation processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related design/engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Middle East, with at least 4 years in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager role.
• Experience on defence projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver projects in the UAE and GCC region on time, within budget and to client specifications.
