Project Manager – Mixed-Use & High-Rise Development

About the role

A leading real estate developer in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship mixed‑use and super high‑rise development in Riyadh. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between design, construction, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design, commercial, PMO and site teams to maintain project alignment and communication.
• Manage design consultants to secure timely, high‑quality design packages and technical submissions.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks and corrective actions throughout all project phases.
• Lead stakeholder coordination and maintain effective communication with all parties.
• Support the transition from design to construction while preserving project objectives and design intent.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear reporting on progress, risks and decisions.
• Oversee all key stages: design & pre‑construction, construction delivery, handover & close‑out.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and proactive management of project challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of experience in project management within real‑estate development, PMC or construction.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle mixed‑use and super high‑rise projects.
• Strong background in consultant coordination, stakeholder management and project delivery.
• Good understanding of technical design management and construction interfaces.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in large‑scale developments.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
