Project Manager – Taxi Operations

About the role

Egis is looking for an experienced, results‑driven Project Manager to oversee taxi operations on behalf of RCMC‑GTC in Makkah. The role is responsible for supervising multiple licensed taxi operators, ensuring compliance with concession agreements, service level agreements and operating licences, and reporting performance to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as RCMC‑GTC’s principal day‑to‑day representative under concession agreements, issuing notices, approvals, performance warnings and penalties.
• Maintain a complete contractual record of decisions, correspondence, operator submissions, audit findings and dispute notifications.
• Enforce operator alignment with service standards, KPI reporting requirements and tariff compliance.
• Monitor daily citywide taxi service operations through operator reports, dashboards and field observations.
• Support planning of service and fleet expansion, assess new operator submissions, additional vehicles, new zones and seasonal peak‑period plans (Ramadan, Hajj, Umrah).
• Review operator operational plans, fleet introduction schedules, tariff proposals and deployment strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport or taxi operation management.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic preferred.
• Ability to analyse performance data and produce clear reports for senior leadership.
