Project Technical Manager – ICT & ELV

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Technical Manager to lead ICT and ELV projects from planning through to final handover. The role combines strong technical knowledge with hands‑on project management, coordinating engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors, clients and consultants across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate engineering and design submissions, ensuring compliance with specifications and consultant requirements.
• Oversee procurement, material deliveries and site readiness to support timely execution.
• Supervise installation activities in line with approved drawings, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Manage system programming, testing, commissioning and client acceptance.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, progress reports and handover packages.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, billing and contractual obligations, handling variations and commercial claims.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of ICT and ELV project execution experience, including 3–5 years in a project or technical management role.
• Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, from design to handover, preferably in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Structured cabling and networking systems.
• CCTV, access control, BMS and audiovisual low‑current systems.
• Project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (advantage).
