Propulsion Technician – Aircraft Engines

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Propulsion Technician to join a specialist team supporting the RSAF Tornado maintenance programme in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The role involves maintaining and restoring aircraft propulsion systems to ensure high operational readiness for one of the world’s largest Tornado fleets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and non‑routine maintenance on aircraft engines and propulsion components.
• Carry out inspections, fault diagnosis, repairs, servicing, and engine changes in accordance with technical documentation and airworthiness standards.
• Conduct engine testing and performance verification.
• Support aircraft availability by executing maintenance recovery activities and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Document work performed and update maintenance records accurately.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aircraft engine or powerplant maintenance, preferably on fast‑jet or military platforms.
• Ability to work full‑time on a rotating schedule (48 hours/week, Sunday–Thursday).
• Willingness to deploy overseas for up to five months per assignment.
• Valid security clearance or eligibility to obtain one for work on military aircraft.
