Psychological Therapist

About the role

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a compassionate Psychological Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team. You will provide evidence‑based psychological assessment and therapy for children and adults, helping patients achieve their mental‑health goals within a rehabilitation setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence‑based therapy and counseling sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients and families on mental‑health coping strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and other team members.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and community awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Valid SCFHS license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or healthcare environment.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
