Public Affairs Manager – Government Relations (META)

About the role

Kaspersky is looking for a Public Affairs Manager to lead Government Relations across the META region. You will shape policy engagement on cybersecurity, data protection, AI regulation and related technologies, aligning external narratives with the company’s business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute GR strategies for the META region and represent Kaspersky in high‑profile meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with parliamentarians, ministries, industry associations and other policy makers.
• Monitor regulatory developments, produce data‑driven reports and advise senior management on policy impacts.
• Draft official submissions, policy papers and external communications on cybersecurity, IoT, critical infrastructure, data protection and AI.
• Support participation in forums, public‑private collaborations and major cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
• Facilitate management visits, high‑level stakeholder meetings and public consultations.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in technology, think‑tank, public‑affairs consultancy or government sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, international relations, IT or public policy (master’s a plus).
• Proven project‑management ability and experience working in cross‑functional, global teams.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
