About the role

We are seeking a confident Public Relations & Communications Specialist to support a leading education and training organization in Saudi Arabia. The role involves representing the organization in high‑profile settings, engaging senior stakeholders, and maintaining a strong professional image.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior leadership during meetings, events and official engagements.
• Welcome and engage VIP guests, partners and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization professionally across various interactions and events.
• Communicate effectively in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Assist media, communications and public‑facing initiatives.
• Build and maintain a professional online presence aligned with the brand.
• Coordinate local and international engagements as required.
• Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and confidence engaging diverse audiences.
• Professional presence with solid relationship‑building capabilities.
• Interest in public relations, communications, media, events or stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑profile environments.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
• Previous experience in PR, communications, hospitality, customer‑facing or events is a plus.
