Public Relations Manager – Red Sea Luxury Resort

About the role

As Public Relations Manager, you will develop and execute the hotel’s Public Relations strategy, manage media relationships, oversee high‑impact events, and ensure consistent internal and external communication aligned with brand and corporate standards. You will act as the guardian of the hotel’s public image – protecting it, elevating it, and amplifying it.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage yearly or half‑yearly PR action plans and budgets.
• Drive proactive PR initiatives to maximize brand exposure and align property‑level PR with corporate direction.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and other media representatives.
• Draft, approve and distribute press releases, media pitches and other PR materials.
• Organise press conferences, interviews, media appearances, press cocktails and lunches.
• Monitor media coverage, track PR campaign performance and report results.
• Lead the preparation, organisation and follow‑up of PR events and represent the hotel at conferences, exhibitions and industry events.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support Rooms, F&B and Banquet sales through PR initiatives.
• Develop and execute crisis communication strategies, responding professionally to reputational risks.
• Maintain internal communications, keep staff informed of brand updates and contribute to corporate publications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of public relations experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong leadership capability and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident spokesperson with polished presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with proven crisis‑management experience.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of luxury‑brand positioning.
• Strong understanding of ultra‑luxury wellness concepts and brand alignment.
• Experience in pre‑opening operations, project coordination and setup of wellness facilities is highly preferred.
• Proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.
