Public Relations Officer – Government & Real Estate Relations

About the role

The Public Relations Officer will manage field‑based interactions with government entities, banks and external organisations while strengthening the company’s network in the real‑estate sector. The role involves frequent on‑site visits to ensure smooth completion of transactions and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Visit government entities (municipality, Ministry of Human Resources, Chamber of Commerce, Balady, etc.) to process licences, permits, registrations and renewals.
• Handle banking transactions, deliver and collect official documents from banks and external organisations.
• Maintain and expand relationships with real‑estate offices, brokers, developers and property owners.
• Prepare regular reports on completed visits and pending tasks, coordinating with internal departments for timely follow‑up.
• Represent the company professionally in all external meetings and visits.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in public relations, government relations or a similar field‑based role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of Saudi government procedures and regulations.
• Established network within the real‑estate sector.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel for field work.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
