About the role
The Lumera International 5‑Star Residence Hotel in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Purchase and Stock Manager to lead all procurement and inventory activities. You will ensure the hotel’s operations run smoothly by maintaining optimal stock levels and managing supplier relationships in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee hotel purchasing and procurement processes, ensuring timely acquisition of operational supplies.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and warehouse activities, controlling stock movement to minimise waste.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the ODOO ERP system.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms and managing contracts.
- Prepare regular purchase and inventory reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or related functions within multinational or group companies.
- Fluency in Arabic, Hindi and English.
- Valid passport, medically fit for international employment, and no criminal record.
Required skills
- Strong experience with ODOO ERP.
- Purchase order management and vendor negotiation.
- Expertise in procurement and inventory control.
