Purchase Executive – Interior Fit-Out & Construction

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Purchase Executive to manage the full procurement cycle for interior fit‑out and construction projects in Riyadh. The role ensures materials are sourced, negotiated, and delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of fit‑out materials, finishes, MEP products, FF&E, and joinery items.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain best value and quality.
• Prepare purchase orders, process BOQ‑based quotations, and maintain procurement schedules.
• Build and maintain a structured vendor database with performance benchmarks.
• Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to avoid supply‑chain disruptions.
• Monitor market pricing trends and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure all purchases comply with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in interior fit‑out and/or construction.
• Hands‑on knowledge of fit‑out materials such as joinery, flooring, wall finishes, FF&E, and MEP.
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost efficiencies.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for cross‑functional coordination.
• Based in Saudi Arabia or able to relocate immediately.
