About the role
The Purchasing Officer will manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for Riyadh Pharma’s manufacturing operations, ensuring that all materials and services are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in compliance with quality standards. You will act as the liaison between the factory, suppliers, and the warehouse to guarantee seamless supply flow.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain approved purchase requests from the factory and issue corresponding purchase orders.
- Verify that specifications of purchased items match those defined in the purchase order.
- Secure offers from approved suppliers in line with company policy and delivery schedules.
- Track orders from acknowledgment through to arrival at the store.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to obtain receiving notes and update purchasing records.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reflect order status in internal systems.
