QA Technician – Poultry Operations

About the role

Almarai is seeking a QA Technician to coordinate all quality‑related activities within its poultry operations. Working under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM, you will support the plant’s quality team to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily quality activities across the poultry processing line.
• Conduct and lead quality awareness programs for a multinational workforce.
• Perform internal audits and manage quality systems in line with APD and ISO 22000:2005.
• Communicate quality findings and corrective actions to production and management teams.
• Support supervisory tasks and assist in training new quality staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Services or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality role within a meat or poultry processing plant.
• Familiarity with APD guidelines and ISO 22000:2005 standards.
• Experience at a supervisory level is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
